Who we are
Botiq Homes was founded by two partners who share an uncompromising belief — that every person deserves a home that feels truly theirs, without paying a premium for the privilege.
Between us we bring a decade of hands-on building industry experience and a lifelong passion for architecture and interior design. One of us has spent years on the tools and on site, understanding how great homes are actually built. The other brings a keen architectural eye and an instinct for spaces that feel as good as they look.

The number we quote is the number you pay. We price every build the way we'd want our own priced — itemised and honest, without hidden variations waiting to appear halfway through construction.
